1. General

These terms govern the use of the questionmark.rs website and the purchase of products through it. Questionmark doo Beograd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes published on this page.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT. An order is binding once confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or product unavailability.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is available by card or cash on delivery. Delivery is by D Express courier within 2–5 business days, at 390 RSD.

4. Returns and complaints

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. For complaints, contact us at info@questionmark.rs.
