GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
By visiting or purchasing on the Internet store www.questionmark.rs, you accept the Terms of Purchase listed below. Please read them carefully and get acquainted with the rules we apply. QUESTIONMARK DOO. Belgrade reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms of Use without prior notice. The buyer is a visitor to the site www.questionmark.rs who fills in an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment by credit card, bank transfer or request payment by cash on delivery. A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and executes the order. The purchase is considered closed when the buyer receives a confirmation of the order.
ITEM PRICE
All prices of items are expressed in RSD. All prices include 20% VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. Delivery time for items made to your measurements is from 7 to 15 working days with an advance payment of 100%.
PAYMENT BY CARD
You can make a payment in the online store with a Payment Card (Visa, MasterCard, Dinacard). During the ordering process, you will be automatically redirected to the protected HPP page of the Bank, which processes cards on the Internet. After entering the necessary data, the bank checks your card and the availability of funds on the account. You will be notified of the payment status by e-mail.
Check with the issuing bank to see if your card supports online payments. Payment is not possible in foreign currency, but only in RSD. Payment is possible with payment cards of domestic and foreign banks.
Refunds of funds charged by the card in case of cancellation of the purchase are returned to the card from which the payment was made.
CASH ON DELIVERY
You can make a payment in the online store upon receipt of the ordered item. It is paid in cash to the courier service that makes the delivery.
Refund of funds collected by COD in case of cancellation of the purchase. They return to the current account specified by the customer in the REQUEST for termination of the contract.
PAYMENT BY PAYMENT ON CURRENT ACCOUNT
You can make the payment in the online store directly to our account number 205-106705-73 with Komercijalna banka.
Refund of funds collected PAYMENT BY PAYMENT ON CURRENT ACCOUNT in case of cancellation of purchase. They return to the current account from when the payment was made.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of goods throughout Serbia has been ensured. Normal delivery time is 5 working days from order confirmation. The goods we sell through the online store are delivered wrapped in wrapping paper or in a branded box, including, if necessary, additional protection against damage during transport. On the day of delivery, the courier will inform you of the exact date of delivery. Delivery is made to the front door of the residential building. Delivery prices are according to the courier service price list. If the Seller is not able to provide the ordered item, he will inform the buyer by e-mail that it is no longer available, and that the order has been canceled. In that case, the Agreement will not be concluded.
TERMS OF PURCHASE AND VAT REFUND FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS
– ZPPPDV form (foreign citizen’s request for refraction) (ZPPPDV form)
– the buyer pays for the goods in full (with VAT), the total value must be greater than EUR 50 + VAT at the middle exchange rate of the NBS, whereby the seller issues:
1) fiscal account in full amount
2) completed form ZPPPDV in three copies
3) invoice to the customer’s name and surname
OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
– to take the purchased goods out of the country before the expiration of three months from the date of purchase
– to certify the REF 4 form as well as the invoice for the purchased goods at customs when crossing the border, i.e. leaving our country.
VAT REFUND
– performed only if the following conditions are met:
1) The customer is obliged to announce his arrival a few days before the store where the ZPPPDV form was issued, by e-mail or by phone. On that occasion, it is necessary to send a scan of your passport and a certified ZPPPDV form by customs to the shop for verification.
2) the buyer delivers to the seller the original invoice and the ZPPPDV form certified by customs
3) the right to a VAT refund is realized only if the certified ZPPPDV and the invoice are not older than 6 months from the date of purchase.
TERMS OF PURCHASE AND VAT REFUND FOR DIPLOMATIC/CONSULAR MISSIONS AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
In order for diplomatic/consular missions and international organizations to realize the right to a VAT refund, it is necessary to attach the following documents when purchasing the device:
AMB – confirmation of reciprocity on exemption from VAT and excise duties (issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
PERSONAL NEEDS OF THE RIGHT HOLDER
– LNPDV form – certified by the embassy or international organization
– confirmation of reciprocity on exemption from VAT and excise duties (issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
– a copy of the diplomatic identity card of the person authorized to make the purchase
INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS (donations)
– PPO-VAT form certified by the tax administration and the company
If the buyer has the above-mentioned documents, the seller is obliged to issue a fiscal invoice for the full amount, and charge the amount without VAT. ASADA (diplomatic/consular missions) – for the needs of the embassy
– SNPDV form – certified by the embassy or international organization
OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
“Consumer disputes can be resolved through the procedure of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. We are a trader
we are obliged to inform you that we are obliged by law to participate in this procedure. Out of court
Resolving consumer disputes is done in a transparent, efficient, fast and fair way before the body for
out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The Ministry compiles a list of bodies and publishes it publicly. Available

Proceedings before the body can be initiated by the consumer only if he has previously filed a complaint or
objection to the trader. The consumer loses within one year from the day of (unsuccessful) filing of the complaint
the right to submit a motion for out-of-court settlement of the dispute.
Out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute may take a maximum of 90 days from the date of submission of the proposal. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes does not apply, inter alia: • in consumer disputes that are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, if out-of-court settlement
disputes regulated by a special law, especially in the field of providing electronic communications
services, postal services, financial services, except financial agreements, travel services;
• to resolve disputes according to procedures established by the trader himself; • direct negotiations between the consumer and the trader; • an attempt to reconcile the parties to a dispute in civil proceedings; • in proceedings brought by the trader against the consumer.
Each party in the procedure of out – of – court settlement of the consumer dispute pays its own costs (costs
representation, travel expenses, etc.). The work of the body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is free of charge
parties to the proceedings.
